Santa Visit 2010

We were pretty late visiting the Jolly guy this year so no time to get pictures

 in the cards but at least the blog is update.

Turkey Day at Grandma's

Headed over to Grandma Susie's for Thanksgiving.
She said I was much calmer this year, I must be growing up.

1st Snowfall 2010

Guess what?
We have snow for teh 1st time this winter in
Washinton State. Yippee!
This is serious stuff

I've got  my trusty ball.
OK, you got me, it's a new one.
My old one went MIA in the woods somewhere.
This is my 5th such ball and Mom said I'm an adult now
 so it's time to stop misplacing my toys.

Snap Crackle Pup 2010

Once again the PDFC celebrated Responsible Dog Ownership month by hosting Snap Crackle Pup at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds.

Win and I carpooled again this year. We arrived early on the grey raining morning. We took advantage of an empty ring and let Thea and Danzig have some play time.

They both had a good ol time prancing about in the rain.

Here Win does her best to stay warm and dry.

With play out of the way we set up the booth. Danzig seems quite pleased with it and is excited to tell the world about ISSR Shiloh's.

Finally the rained cleared out and the people started to show up. Both Danzig and Thea were glad to be the center of attention getting pets and hugs.

9's are always a big hit. Here they demonstrated their excellent sniffing abilities.

Danzig's quite happy to be out and about for the day teaching the community about Shiloh's.

The day ended with 1/2 way sunny skies and 100% tired dogs.

4th of July Camping

We headed East for a fun weekend of camping and relaxing at Little Naches.

Danzig loves this place and wanted to tell the world.

Dad and friend Mark do some trail maintenance while Danzig supervises.

The weekend was full of playing and running around.

The river is just minutes away, don't jump in there Danzig.

IABCA Show Enumclaw Wa

In July we attended an IABCA show in Enumclaw. Since my knee was injured Jim (Chloe's Dad) kindly showed Danzig for me. It was in the 90's and way to hot for fuzzy Danzig who has grown way to use to A/C.

Baseball obedience

We participated in a game of Baseball obedience to help raise money for a dog park to be built in Bonney Lake. How this works is you run between the bases stopping at each one to perform a trick, either sit, down, stay or come. The fastest time wins.

We came in 2nd place!

A whole lotta sniffin' going on

Back in June Danzig and I dropped by a Bark in The Park, held at Allen Yorke Park in Bonney Lake, Wa. The had a makeshift off-leash area which Danzig really enjoyed.

H e played with dog's of all sizes and shapes.

The little ones are his favorite though.
